1659 - Mindful Self Care

Take time to pause, breathe, and care for you. Participants will learn about the self-care they need using mindfulness practices, meditation and discussion. This course includes identifying obstacles that may be preventing the practice of self-care. Together we will work on self-awareness to cultivate what is best for each individual. No experience needed—just a willingness to slow down and nurture your well-being.
