Health Trip is a community-wide wellness opportunity designed to encourage people to improve their overall health by rewarding exercise, nutrition, and wellness activities.
Health Trip is a 12 week journey, from January 26 - April 19. The fee is $10. Health Trip prize incentives will be gift certificates to local businesses as a way to give back to the community. Randomly drawn door prizes will be awarded after the first reporting date. Other prizes will be awarded at the completion of Health Trip.
With your $10 participation fee you will receive motivation to meet your wellness goals and a packet of coupons from local businesses with a value of over $10. Participants who meet the halfway 6 week Health Trip goal will be eligible for randomly drawn prizes. All participants who complete Health Trip and meet or exceed the final goal will receive a final prize.

Note:
Health Trip packets will be available for pick-up starting Wednesday, January 22 at the Community Center.
An email will be sent out to participants as a reminder to report Health Trip points prior to the reporting date.
