1745 - Beginning Guitar Part I (Youth)

This class is designed for children 9-18 just starting out or looking to start playing guitar. Our guitar course is for students wanting to learn to play guitar using basic guitar chords found in folk, country, and rock music. If you want to be on your way to playing guitar in the style of artists such as Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, or Taylor Swift, learning a few chords and strumming patterns will get you on your way. Guitar and picks are required, but no experience is necessary. You’ll be amazed at how fast you can learn to play the world’s most popular instrument!

Note:

Students should have an acoustic guitar, picks and a tuner or tuning app.
